Sabadell Financial Center awarded The Outstanding Building of the Year

We are thrilled to announce Sabadell Financial Center, a 530,000 square foot trophy Class A office tower in the submarket of Miami, FL has been recognized as The Outstanding Building of the Year (“TOBY”) by the Miami Chapter of the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association (“BOMA”). The team took home the award in the 500,000 – 1 million square foot category.

The TOBY Awards is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in commercial building and rewarding excellence in building management. During the competition, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement, tenant relations, and site management to environmental and “green” policies and procedures.

In 2018, Parkway and KKR, a leading global investment firm, a leading global investment firm, acquired Sabadell Financial Center in a joint venture. The hospitality-focused ownership completed a targeted repositioning strategy that included modernizing the building’s common areas and exterior, implementing thoughtful programming, and providing unparalleled customer service.
