James R. Heistand
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jim was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Parkway in December 2011 and served as Executive Chairman of the Company just prior to his current role. Jim joined Parkway through a combination with Eola Capital and founded Eola Capital in 2000 and served as chairman since its inception. Eola acquired $1.3 billion of office assets backed by PSP, GE Capital, Lehman Brothers and others that included 13.3 million square feet in Florida, Atlanta and Virginia. Read full bio >

David joined Parkway in 2011 as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. Jeremy Dorsett
EVP, General Counsel
Prior to joining Parkway, Jeremy was in-house counsel at TPG Capital, a global private investment firm, where he served as chief legal officer for TPG's real estate investing activities. Prior to joining TPG, Jeremy was a corporate and securities lawyer at Baker Botts, L.L.P. in Houston, Texas. Jeremy earned a B.A. from the University of Tulsa, an M.A. from Rice University and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. Read full bio >
Henry F. Pratt III
EVP of Asset Management and Third Party Services
Henry has served as chief operating officer of Eola Capital since 2000 and also as its president since June 2009, where he directed all facets of its property operations, including asset and property management, marketing, leasing, tenant improvements and building renovation projects.
